Congratulations Mr. Sills!

On January 24, 2023 Mr. Courtney “Bear” Sills was honored for his service by the Mayor and Council men and women of The City of South Fulton, formerly known as College Park. He dedicated this honor and accomplishment to his late mother Dianne F. Willis.

Kids “R” Essential Hygiene Drive

On December 3, 2022 Bear Strong, Inc. hosted their 3rd Annual Kids “R” Essential Hygiene Drive. The weather wasn't the most ideal, but what’s a little drizzle when you are acting on part of the greater good.

This hygiene drive has become a staple event for the organization. None of this would be at all possible without the support of our sponsors, volunteers, and the community at large.

We’ve seen this event grow extensively which has allowed the organization to be a blessing to more children and families. It is an honor to do this work.

2nd Annual Kids “R” Essential Hygiene Drive

On December 5, 2021 Bearstrong hosted its 2nd Annual Kids “R” Essential Hygiene Drive. Upon developing this initiative the focus was to always serve in the capacity that allows us to be champions in the communities that are often forgotten or without. In addition, we strive to show up in a way that is intentional. This hygiene drive creates a balance for families because there are numerous initiatives that provide support for toys and other gifts during the holidays, but people are often not aware of the cost, need, and importance of having the necessities. Personal hygiene products are important for self awareness, health, social and emotional benefits. Hygiene is an essential part to education.

With the support of our sponsors, volunteers, and the community at large, we were able to triple our contributions from year one. It is an absolute honor to serve.
